Established in Lancaster, Pennsylvania since 1985, Community Heritage Partners works to assist property owners, local governments, and community organizations in developing realistic solutions to preserve and renew their architectural heritage, strengthen their community character, and enhance their quality of life.
While our projects are unusually diverse, what is consistent in all our work is our two-fold aim:
- To create and enhance the vitality of genuine, distinctive and meaningful places for people; and
- To reconnect citizens with the heritage of their surrounding built environment, communities, and landscapes.
We work closely with clients to develop comprehensive planning, architectural, and policy solutions that not only meet physical design needs, but also build awareness and generate confidence in the future, so that plans can ultimately be realized. Working with us, our clients can see the power of design and visualization come together to build shared commitments to the future.
While Community Heritage Partners is intentionally structured as a small firm, we are committed to expansive thinking, to innovation, and to forging interactive partnerships with each client group. Experience has taught us that this approach produces quality project results. Our approach seeks to create buildings and places as outcomes that are natural extensions of the physical characteristics and heritage of each local community where we work.
