Downtown Design and Preservation Plan
New Oxford, Pennsylvania

We provided planning and development analysis for New Oxford, a small town between York and Gettysburg. On a team with Thomas Comitta Associates, we assessed potential historic districts, drafted design and development guidelines, and provided policy recommendations. The final report included development scenarios, analytical graphics, and a glossary of architectural and planning terms.
