Groff House and Store
Lancaster County, Pennsylvania

For the Ressler Mill Foundation, we analyzed the feasibility of new uses for a farmhouse and store built in 1835. Our services included documentation of existing conditions and a review of codes, accessibility, and historic preservation standards. Based on this analysis, we created design plans to reconstruct historic architectural components and organize new uses in the existing building envelope. Working with LandStudies, Inc., we also developed a plan for new site access, vehicle control, and interpretive landscaping.
